These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California and are subject to interpretation according to said laws. By establishing an account and/or participating in a createAtattoo.com tattoo creating application you acknowledge that any conflict or disagreement that cannot be resolved by the parties will be resolved individually. You agree that California will be the sole jurisdiction for resolving any dispute and you further agree that your dispute will not result in any form of class action.

These Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the entirety of rules, restrictions, and guidelines defined at createAtattoo.com represent the entirety of your agreement with createAtattoo.com which you cannot modify. As previously stated, createAtattoo.com in its sole discretion has the authority to modify these Terms and Conditions.

D. Severability
If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
